Also offers a counselling service in relation to processing the effects of trauma and domestic abuse, self-referral. Groups teaching mindfulness and yoga. Healthcare appointments available for dental care, opticians, sexual health, healthy eating advice and chiropody. Also runs eating disorders support group.
