Trinity – Support Change Aspire

Support for women struggling with a wide range of issues including homelessness, social isolation, the impact of poverty, educational needs. Also offers a counselling service in relation to processing the effects of trauma and domestic abuse, self-referral. Groups teaching mindfulness and yoga. Healthcare appointments available for dental care, opticians, sexual health, healthy eating advice and chiropody. Also runs eating disorders support group.

Charity for people living in Hampshire. Does a holistic assessment of needs and works with those in hardship, including those with complex needs (mental health, domestic violence, isolation). Can help with emergency food aid, benefits delays, relationship breakdowns, social prescribing, homelessness, and lots more.
