Healthier Together

The resources on the Healthier Together have been developed in partnership between parents and NHS healthcare professionals. You’ll find clear information on common childhood illnesses, including advice on what ‘red-flag’ signs to look out for, where to seek help if required, what you should do to keep your child comfortable and how long your child’s symptoms are likely to last.

Don’t ignore your cervical screening invite

If you’ve been invited for cervical screening, we hope you’ll choose to have it.

Cervical screening saves lives because it allows us to find changes in the cervix before they develop into something more serious and before you may have symptoms. It tests for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), which is the most common cause of cervical cancer. The test is free, takes around five minutes and is offered to women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64.
