The Winchester City PCN Board consists of a PCN Manager with clinical and managerial representatives from each of the three member practices. It is led by a GP who is a nominated Clinical Director.
They are supported by a Management team of a Multi Services Manager, Project Support Co-Ordinator, Enhanced Access Manager, Finance Officer and IT Manager.
Our Clinical services are lead by GP Clinical leads which comprise of other GPs within the member practices.
The PCN Board, Management Team and GP Clinical Leads work to drive collaboration between the practices and external stakeholders to improve health outcomes and increase the clinical time that the Primary Care Team can provide to patients in Winchester City. The desired outcomes being improved health for patients and better accessibility to Primary Care services when needed.
